I started my exercise program in earnest today. Did 20 minutes on Wii Fit Plus, cardio and several reps with free weights. I am determined that this weight will not control me. It is time I got serious with this weight loss. I hate to exercise because my knees hurt so much, but I bet they wouldn't hurt as much if I was not overweight. So there, exercise take that! I am also keeping a food journal as I have read everywhere that people who keep a food journal tend to lose weight and keep it off. Since I first started Dr. Oz's move or lose it 11 week challenge, I have lost 5 lbs. So there is something to this journaling. Each day I have to get up and get to exercising. I am also getting my eating under control. Going to several sites for healthy meal that are good, healthy, and fast. I want to start to eat other things as I am tired of the same old things we eat. My hubs is in agreement with me and will try anything I make and we decide if it is a keeper or not. So stay tuned and cheer me on, please! I need all the encouragement I can get.
